Welcome to the portal for business cards
This is the place to request business cards for yourself or someone from your department.
Your request will be automatically sent for validation by the card holder’s line manager (N+1). It is important therefore that if you are requesting cards for several people, the N+1 must be the same person. If not, you should submit separate orders.
You will first need to create your account in the “My account” menu.
Click on the “Start now” button and follow these 10 steps:
- Enter the User ID of the person who needs the business cards.
- Choose your type of card (Socomec or TCT).
- Complete the information fields.
- Check and validate the preview.
- Indicate the number of cards you want.
- Add your card to the shopping cart.
- Confirm the contents of your shopping cart.
- Select your delivery and billing address, and shipping method.
- Send your order to be validated by your N+1.
- When your N+1 validates your request, your order will be automatically sent to the printer.
Please note that you are responsible for the information indicated on the business card.
All requests validated by your N+1 will be billed to the address given in the “Billing address” section. If your request is not validated by your N+1, you will have to do it again, in which case you will receive a notification.
